If you want to learn new innovative things then it would be best place to work. i have been working with them from last 1 yr. and the culture is very appreciable here . Recently SAP ERP Software have launched by higher authorities . New ideas and new Technologies are always appreciated by the Employers. Job rotation and on job tanning are also provided. Skill trainings session are also provided on regular intervals. Employee oriented company with career growth . Management assigns new exciting tasks on regular intervals which is good for personnel career growth . No salary delays and No Increment delays. Job Security: Equivalent to govt. Job. if you unable to work, no issue company will pay you on time. Just pass the ball. Work Culture: HO work culture is good. People are very good at personal level. No work pressure, no targets, just chill your time. Also no matter what you work, no Appreciation either you do good or bad. If you want to do something better for company, no need coz no one wants the same. (Pehle aisa he hota raha hai, aage bhi aise he rahega). Management: Average, but for the company growth, management must need to think atleast. Must Need to take some strict decisions for the company. Company Policies: No policy, No rules. Lack of Management involvement, Rules, Policies, Procedures, considering innovation. Lack of technology using. Even not keen to learning nature. No Appreciation, even no need to evaluate your work. Appraisal process is based on personal relations more, not/less on your work basis.

Like earlier mentioned, it was good, completely in comfort zone, no kind of stress on personal matters. Professionally: nothing to say. No new learning. No appreciation. If, my age 48-50+ i never think about to left Fixderma.
