All I can say is I got to learn so many things while working here which later helped me in my career progression.

Dislikes

Toxic culture , bad managers , managers will only listen to leads even if they give wrong feedback. Everyone will be silent even if you raise a voice against something related to culture or work life balance. All people cares about is their salary and stocks and ready to work like donkeys for it , day and night. I have to work on weekends many many times just to meet the target , sometimes voluntarily many times involuntarily. Lead will be a slave to manager. Pretty much less to none conversation with higher people even you’re at early stage of your career . And maybe possible that your lead will give incorrect feedback to managers or directors and ready to take the credit of your work himself. You will be called to office every day even if the company says to hybrid. They will say it’s hybrid but you take wfh for a day or two in a week then the brows raises. Pretty much bad and negative experience I had working here. Mentally exhaustive and physically challenging to work in such an environment. The releases and build releases have no timelines here, whenever the dev lead want they will push and you will be asked to test if you’re a QA. I am writing to raise serious concerns about my manager Mr. Anand Agarwal's management practices. His leadership style has been discouraging and he has created a negative work environment. Instead of providing support and encouragement, he has been pushing me to resign through indirect pressure tactics.

Tekion is a booster company for someone who is expecting huge salary hike for absolutely nothing!

As a women employee I’m deeply disappointed how actually POSH works in this organisation! They show how safe and secure for women only in Ad’s. The way the committee members appeared inadequately trained. HR arranges meeting after months of dodging the ball, to just conclude we don’t have enough proof and whatever has happened to you must be a bad dream or you didn’t have your camera on when the incident was happening.
