There will be work every day . Urgent leaves will be approved with no reason Friendly atmosphere

The same old work culture followed, They will expect you the same No work-life balance Heavy politics If the manager is blacklisted you, Leaving the firm will be better No salary hike A huge package will be given when they take a new candidate ( Guys who stayed for years won't get any hike ) Worst timing, Managers will make some hell shits (6-6/10-9)

No job sequrity. Full of management politics. HR people just like a name. They can't do any right thing to employ. The very worst manager joined resently, many people already resigned due to his attitude. And other managers became silent due to him. Not good to stay this company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
