Company is very good.but selecting of the management key guys are very low quality..they are just enjoying company benifits. They are just enjoying here. They even know how to grow up the buisness.

Dislikes

All key higher position should be removed from company. They are just enjoying the T&D buisness. Only T&D buisness management people are enjoying company benifits. MD are losing money for this like cows.

Absolutely no space for work life balance. Work load management is very poor. Mid level management needs a tremendous improvement in leading a project.
