The culture of the company is good. The management is caring and helpful. To be really honest there is nothing wrong with this company except the training and learning part. They don't seem to have training schedules for each department and seniors are mostly busy in their work so you have to learn everything on your own.

Dislikes

I would only say one thing that if you are thinking of joining this company in sales department and if you don't have the prior experience of the same industry, then you should not join this company. The product is too good to sell if don't have the knowledge of the industry and then you'll be wasting 1 or maybe 2 years understanding and eventually you'll leave the job.
