For fresher & new person no one give proper guidance. It become hard to adopt company system on your own. Canteen facility is poor.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto,hence I got a B1 visa quickly. The company was good at training field and my teammates are well educated form NTTF. I learner new things which I haven't learnt in my collage. While coming to the salary it good but that much of is not helping me to survive. The products which we are manufactured which are getting transported to different countries. I learnt japanese manufacturing systems which is cool and more reliable. Work environment is good. Coming to the work culture is poor I experienced bad about it.

When I joined the company I worked in the tool room for 6 months that experience was help me out for getting new I novations. The staffs are well educated and have more experience. In the next year my job role was promoted as a system coordinator.
