In client premises nature of work is good. but no job secure .little bit of politics.company policy or okay not up to the mark .no employee engagement activities motivation from company side salary part is ok

There is no perfect management they will not rectify issue as per the staff requirements.no training for new joinees before they entering the site . salary part is okay . But life insurence part is not upto the mark (only for individual person who were working staffs)
