The Company owner is really an inspiration. A very Humble Guy with creative & energetic mind.

The Sr. Managers are playing roles as an Evil. They don't trust their Junior or Lower Roles. Work From Home is strictly prohibbited here (as I already said, they think their employee just sit at home & chill). Big Politics Every time going on. They have a scoring system, but that does not really matter if you are a " Big Chaatu " toyour Manager, you'll get appraisal, otherwise don't even think about it. The company location is Sarita Vihar, you'll not get any time to spend with your family or friends if you join this company, because all of the time will just go in Travelling and completing your 9 hours Login per day. Currently they released 105 Openings, but I just want to say to all the candidates, please don't join this company!! It was my biggest mistake in life to join this Agency, as I thought this is a Big Digital Marketing Brand, they must be flexible in work culture or something. But A BIG NO!! Please give your mind an another thought & try to find a better company. A Note For The Company - The Company Location is too far from people's place, So try to Start Working on Hybrid Culture. It takes me almost 3 Hours to Travel from Delhi to Sarita Vihar everyday in Metro. Don't Join or you'll be also writing this bad review out of frustration everyday on Ambition Box. Too much work pressure. You have to meet the target on time otherwise whatever you have done good will get wasted. They only want to see continuous growth no matter how you are giving. Everything is tracked here your attendance, your minute to minute work. They have work tracker tool what you do everyday have to write there.
