1. There are deductions In your salary if you forget to regularize. Forget your one day salary you won't get it back. 2. They have laid off huge amount of people in 2023 3. Travel policies are worst. You won't get advance on time. Also there are many deductions on your own travel reimbursement from the finance. 4. Sr Management is a rubber stamp. This is a family business only family members are getting promoted. 5. Management is insensitive and inhumane 6. Even if you are visiting abroad from company's end. You have to bear the cost as the company won't provide you proper travel reimbursement. 7. Some managers are only interested in girls and they are very partial. 8. 1) No job security. CEO is crazy. He comes to office and says I will screw your life if you don't do over time. There is no compulsion off or incentives for over time. He shamelessly says that he will pay money and make people write good reviews about the company. So if you see any positive reviews please understand that it is paid.2) People are expected to pay from their salary for business trip also. They don't do reimbursement 3) When you leave the organisation they don't provide relieving letter. Else they don't respond to background check calls from your new company. Or they write bad things about you to the newemployee and tell them that you can be terminated. 4) Their family members are there in all departments who without doing any work get promotion. 5) If you want to work then keep your self respect aside and join the company...Read More
