The only thing which was good about this job is it was work from home

I joined techmahindra in aug,21 on contractual basis it was a pathetic experience. They don't give the committed salary the salary you'll get is on basis of customer satisfaction and customers are not satisfied because flipkart doesn't get the order delivered, and cancel the order of their customers so that they can hike the price. There is work and life balance, they can ask you to login at any point of time. And the illiteracy level of their management is heights so please beware before joining this firm...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair they give good salary hike and bonus ever year .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and Tha management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond r 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees.
