Zero team work mentality and for this can't match deadline. Also fear of loosing job. No one supports you but when the outcome is bad everyone blames you.

Its a very big company MNC so its very good at for next company.

Dislikes

During my tenure at TDK India Pvt Nashik, I experienced a lack of support and organization. Basic tools were not provided, and shift schedules were inconsistent. The HR department was uninformed about my personal circumstances, and my complaints about inebriated personnel and disrespectful treatment of workers were not addressed. Holi Celebration at TDK Nasik Plant: A Recap of Employee Involvement and Engagement. I'm delighted to share that we celebrated Holi at our Nasik Plant on March 14, 2025. This event was a wonderful chance for us to come together in the vibrant spirit of color and to enhance our team bonds. The day was filled with joy, festivities, and a dazzling display of colors! We encouraged everyone to join in, which made the celebration truly unforgettable. We organized a variety of fun activities, including colorful hand imprints on a board, dance performances, a ramp walk, singing, poetry readings, selfies, and much more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this event through their presence and participation. I look forward to celebrating Holi with all of you again next year, and I hope we can achieve even greater involvement and excitement!
