Good things are not made for this company

There are so many things to say but i will try to make it as short as possible. 1. If the company is running by HR instead of manufacturing or group of Departments. (You can understand what i mean). 2. The rules regulations are based on there imagination which is practically not possible. 3. You can not much expect from your manager as he bound with HR. 4. The company timing is almost 13 hours/per day including travel time which can spoil your personal life or life balancing. 5. The rules for shop floor workers is different which can create de motivated environment. 6. Some of the leave policies are sudden changed without intimation to anyone which create profit to company only. 7. Bus facilities are there but you cant sit on wrong seat, No talking to each others. If you do so new rule will publish very next day (Strict but not useful many of rules makers not follow the same). 8. Food is good but there is no system to give your feedbacks. 9. HR is useless every time they will speak with fake smile and positive attitude but internally they always try to find you mistakes which help them to create trouble during exit. 10. *Very good package can be negotiated at the time of joining. *Very disciplined environment as the company is a joint venture of Japanese giant's companies.

Dislikes

*Very long distance from near town (43 km approx.) *Total approximately 12 hrs including long traveling. *Location to stay is worst (my personal opinion). *No work-life balance due to long hours. *Difficulty in interacting and understanding Japanese employees. *In this particular area, the human mentality is very narrow. Discriminati on on the basis of caste, language. Most people don't accept people from outside Gujarat. *The company is good but the location is worst. Horrible experience I and my family had here. *Too much liberty is given in terms of hierarchy that negatively results in disrespect between seniors and juniors that ultimately results in company's work loss and unfriendly environment among the employees....Read More
