You will get to learn a lot about the industry, make great contacts in various industries and fields.

Dislikes

Everything other than the above is a nightmare. The management is very dull and draconian, and downright petty at times, there is no semblence of organisation or order within the organisation, the environment is very toxic. Office politics operates on an altogether different level.
