Company is having the brand name as Tata but is opposite to actually what the brand represents for working professionals. Zero work life balance, Mismanaged (). You will have to do job responsibilities which is not under your scope of job or expertise. Leading to extra working hours and mental exhaustion. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1) Job Security 2) Established player and leader in its industry 3) Relatively young organization. 4) Timely salary disbursal 5)Decent CAGR 6) 5 day working

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

1) No pay parity and increments less than inflation. 2) Limited growth opportunities for skill development. 3) Semi-bureaucratic culture 4) For engineers- company doesn't operate sophisticated equipment, hence learning can't be for long time.
