Work culture of tata motors jamshedpur is very good . Management is very supportive. Even many projects is going on if u r lucky to getting a good project then definitely u have learning a lot of new things . But there no chance to extend your traning or after traning getting a job . But there is some chances based on your projects requirements company offer you to join in contract basic on third party ....Read More

Actually thera are some factors like based upon the performance company getting the opportunity to the trainee to take a job after completing the apprentice training. They are only offer to employees son.

Hi all I have 9 years experience. I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa. My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well. Currently working in service company TTL for OEM Tata motors ( routine work). But now I getting OEM Payroll with good salary. Considering career and family balance points of view. what should be the good option out of two.
