I was a former staff there working in BMT. TMC is a hospital with versatility in it's working environment. Most of the private hospitals are similar when we talk about job security, satisfaction & growing opportunities but TMC is some place you can never forget & will recommend each one & everyone time & again.

Dislikes

The interval between the first salary increment is a bit more but I understand it's probably due to the hike of absconding act. In that case it's ok.

Likes

Working as a staff nurse at TMC was a very blessed memory at the starting of my professional life. I got an excellent skilled and knowledgeable preceptor and ward in charge who helped me to make my clinical eye, to assess the patient problems and to manage all those problems along with emergency situations. After all of this I was very satisfied about working at Tata.

Dislikes

Salary of a graduate nurse is not so good specially increment process is very slow.

It's a good hospital for a fresher to learn and learn new skills and techniques. Plus there are many future benefits also if one continues. Overall Tata is a good opportunity

At first it is obvious that a new commer goes through so many phases but once they get used to the environment, then it's a whole lot of opportunities.

They provide great opportunity for the freshers to learn and to become skillful. The hospital is equipped with latest technologies and standard operational procedures are followed. Though little hectic for the new employees, they take care of all the employees.

Dislikes

The remuneration is not fair according to the amount of work the staff has to perform. The higher authorities are too much concerned to please the patients of higher socioeconomic group.
