This organisation literally destroyed my whole career, they billed me in a stupid department where only test case development is done. But these people won't hire someone with this specific test case development skill, they need a whole skill set. I just hate here .

Dislikes

They destroyed my career, I'm not able to switch job and crack interviews since I'm not exposed to any good tools or project .

Culture is good & Work life balance, Job satisfaction depends on Project and It's manager. Skill development trainings are held every time, for upskilling ourselves.

Dislikes

Some Managers are inefficient, since they have more experience or stayed in Tata elxsi for long, they lead Projects without having proper technical knowledge. In such cases, we will not have work satisfaction and Work-life balance also.

Favouritism based on language and ethnicity it is deep rooted in TE as majority of people's are from TN in management also. You can do all the hard work and sacrifice your personal time also you will not even know when you credit is taken away. All these things are done very smoothly while giving you more work. Partiality in appraisal , Terrible work ethics of delivery manager and PM, No internal complaint management system ,demotivating work culture, lots of issues ignored, become friend of PM speak about how good he is and get promotion immediately policy is currently implemented.

Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on mostwekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Exceptional experience at Calicut. 1st time leaders seen focusing on individual careers and growth. Asks to upskil everytime. Mentored how to achieve better performance appraisals next year. A little strict in matter of discipline but those helped me to grow in my career later. Lot of focus on sports and arts and those helping to become friends among all of us.
