No growth in terms of career perspective. There is not even utter amount of respect for graduates who join as freshers. The work-life balance sucks and most importantly the management itself is biased. Don’t join if you hail from North India especially. There is no freedom of speech and one cannot have an individual opinion since weare always looked down upon. There is absolute lack of people management skills amongst the so called middle management and we are bound to succumb to their hierarchy owing to which our individual opinion does not count at all.
