The experience you gain working here cannot be gained anywhere in the world. Work Satisfaction is very good and it is a very good platform to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Salary Compensation is not on par with the Market. Work-Life balance is not good as you are expected to put in everything in order to get a task done. Need a more balanced culture. Organization has grown too fast. Not enough training is provided to mid level to enhance their skills.
