In this company job security is better compare to others, management is good for employees only for trainees they're treating like differently actually trainees are working hard then employees after complete the training period at least 50% trainees to give chance to continues workingfor the company.As staff or employee, company policy is good. In TATA Advanced Materials limited, I have a very spiritual and jovial team lead and teammates. I had learnt many ideas which makes my career better. It is a place for learning and a safe work environment even for women.

Dislikes

I think in case of any mistakes the staffs working inside has no job security to overcome their position.

I felt exciting about learning new ideas but as a trainee I was not provided with more work I enjoyed the workplace.
