Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. I did not experience anything positive during my stay at Target Engineering.

Dislikes

The working environment is not positive, no support is given to the workers. No Indemnity was received form the company.

I held the position of "Target Engineering" and worked in 2 projects for Adnoc and one project for Adco. The experience was terrible due to lack of experience, work ethics, and technical background.
