Politics all around. Lady boss is the queen. Seniors started from scrap are now directors/managers of the company. Not giving others the chance to grow. HR is so lazy, busy impressing the management.

It is fun-loving working in Tangence, Flexibility is awesome, Seniors are so cooperative, Good Team, Game, Fun, Party, Salary increment is a bit slow, If you are a good learner then good for you. Overall Good!
