Working Life balance, Salary on time, employees are good but work satisfaction is so so. good for ladies in terms of safety and security.

Dirty Politics, too much bargaining on salary, ditching hr policies, terrible job security can sack any time without any reason. All things are revolving among 2-3 ladies, they proclaimed themselves superior, having knowledge of each and every subject which results in a negative graph o f employees growth rate. Whatever they presented to the whole sole boss is always welcome by him although he is good but the true information never passes to him. Politics all around. Lady boss is the queen. Seniors started from scrap are now directors/managers of the company. Not giving others the chance to grow. HR is so lazy, busy impressing the management.
