The Top management comprises team members chosen from Best Educational Institutions with good experience in functional and Admin skills. The freshers who have joined now are yet to shine and make a mark, though appear to be promising in future.

Dislikes

People when they join at Lateral level fail to bring in the required skills. The home grown team is cohesive and alienate them which is normal in any organisation. Performers keep the show running in an excellent manner, rumor mongers try to spoil the party. Otherwise it is going to be a long haul since Environmental issues are a big moat and new ventures may not happen in a hurry.

Work Details

Frequent interactions with the Core team keeps the members motivated and explore new assignments in Functional systems, Environment, Safety and Health. Targets are set for assignments and follow up is maintained to achieve the result.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
