Firstly, the work place is not that far from where I live, which is one of the good things. Secondly, the coworkers and the head of the company are quite undertsanding and supportive. I am supervised very minutely for which I am learning in a more better way and quickly get to rectify my mistakes when made. Hence, the company has a very safe environment.

The work culture here is what I find is average. An upragadtion in few aspects would really do good for the employees as well as for the company too.
