Likes

Teammates are excellent, no politics,work environment is nice. The one who can work in Takshila can work anywhere. Highly reputed school. Exact place to learn new things. I like the smart class system and the activities conducted.

Dislikes

Work load is more. Maintaining the same records at 10 different places and on papers which is very tiresome and frustrating.Salary is less as per the work load and eligibility of the teacher.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

The work was slightly challenging and time consuming and sometimes hectic and frustrating, but learnt new things and I was enjoying working in Takshila.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
