Lunch offered from the company itself. Leave management good!! Overall very much satisfied.

Dislikes

Specifically for Takraf India Pune. Offers less salary and appraisals compared to other MNCs. Should build up and improve on corporate culture and do look after betterment of employees otherwise overall good company. If offered good salary hikes as per Educational Qualification to fresh employees then productivity could go beyond expectations. Also should conduct Training and Field visits for the employees. Company does not provide hybrid working for all employees....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
