Heavy politics & partiality from team leader, No long term strategy, No coordination in team, No system.

Work Details

Presently due no good leadership quality & unorganized work culture has created irritation & boring to work. As no vision & proper direction which makes confusion in middle line & down the line of employee. Transparency must need to get fair opportunity.
