Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. If Taking About tagore hospital work .... all the employes are working hard but employees not getting salary for their will for hospital but overall reporting testing n doctor treating with patients is excellent
