The company is attempting to adopt a corporate structure, but it still operates in a very old school model and does not seem ready to fully transition in the near future. Its essential for the company to understand the realities of the outside world and recognize that there are few factors influencing the work. Huge attrition rate,Management may be trying to retain employees through various means, yet it not prioritized increasing the salary package to remain competitive with other companies. As a former employee, I appreciated the work life balance and Work from home option for some time, but it may not be the same experience for everyone and it depends on the project nature. Salary is paid on first Tuesday of every month, company should consider implementing a consistent payment date. Company has a very poor policy which can be revised to hold on their employees. Job security is very bad, you get chucked out without any notice which is terrible. You get harassed by few of the managers and employees, they’ll treat you dogs

Very poor company policy Work life balance is zero Expect you to work for 12 hours and even on Saturday Taking a leave is the hardest thing Management is very poor on treating employees It’s better not to join this company, if your seeing any positive feedback then it must be from these management people writing fake feedback.
