There is no training whatsoever. You have to figure it out everything on your own. Salary in pennies. No appreciation. Only 2-3 people who are working since 8-10 years are the decision maker. They are willing to change the entire staff every year instead of appraisal. Make you feel worthless, even when your content is making in TopThree in every keyword. After some time I felt that the management of this company is not good. The work management and work culture are also not very good. If I talk about the salary hike then I have no words because they give you a very low amount according to your working capacity.
