There is no training whatsoever. You have to figure it out everything on your own. Salary in pennies. No appreciation. Only 2-3 people who are working since 8-10 years are the decision maker. What I like about SysTools is that there is so much to learn to start a career in the Digital world.

After some time I felt that the management of this company is not good. The work management and work culture are also not very good. If I talk about the salary hike then I have no words because they give you a very low amount according to your working capacity. Moreover, Also, the offic e environment is harsh, you can't even talk to your colleagues for a minute.
