This company purely works on projects given by honeywell. For that firstly they need to give estimation of hours (how much time will require to complete the project) and to acquire the project management team always gives estimation of less hours without even thinking of do they have that much resources for the project. And then they start to torture employees to complete the project in less hours.They pressurize employees to work on multiple projects at a time.
