I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. HR’s are good supportive and understand our concerns.

Dislikes

Shift timing is not good, sometimes we have to work on sat - sun also and they won’t pay for night shift or weakened support, they will only provide comp off.
