Company is good, but it could be better, if you have good Manager & Management should focus on employee needs.

Work model sucks, people out of pune should be given opportunity to work from remote or else 5 days in a quarter which is pocket friendly..

Collogues specially outside India are fun to work with, they respect India culture a lot.

Dislikes

Pathetic politics and worst leadership. I noticed few cases (both India and outside) where deserving technical resources were forced to resign suddenly with no clear reason. They keep you until they need you. Love your job not the company, stay competent.
