If you are fresher or early stage, You are going to learn a lot here. That is best thing here. If you need holiday, you may take anytime no issue at all. Manager is good till now.

There is no contract or bond which is good for freshers

Dislikes

A very terrible workplace with terrible and greedy people.There are no benefits of working here not even health care and you have to work from home after leaving office you have to work on Holidays and Sunday as well and no overtime is paid to you. They don't pay well so I recommend don't work there and waste your talents. This comaony is failing don't join a Sinking ship.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
