As such no security of job, local culture is good but not much freedom to do work freely. On time salary but no other benifits or perks from company

No freedom, can't work on new ideas, just follow the leadership with random decision making. Double responsibility with zero authority.

The working environment is very negative. It is a money Making Place for Majumdar Family. The quality of students is poor so is the quality of the faculty. Spoiled students come from Rich Families to get a degree not get an education. Lot of meetings without any proper agenda. VC does not have any power many times he gets insulted by Swati Majumdar in front of Junior Employees. Overall a full-tension place. Just that salary is given in time till you have not resigned, only for regular staff. Few people are good there.

No proper administration. No working time. Act like puppet for appraisal else nothing. Negative atmosphere. High attrition rate. No growth. No discipline or rule just manipulation to serve rich people whether they study or not we have to treat them like customer. Faculties are engaged in callings and marketing for admissions.
