Deteriorating culture Poor leadership in most of the colleges in Symbiosis Falling quality of the student Exteme focus on money Disciminatory salary structures, no parity High level of favouritism and no transparency in the HR policies and very biased in terms of promotions. Their is always a room of freedom for working and creatively do the assigned work.They ensure that all trainings (FDP) are always attended and the professors.gets hook upon new.trends and changes happening in the education sectir. THE MANAGEMENT has been supportive and in connect with us.

Company policies are good, while the salary is decent but my career growth is slow. Management should acknowledge team members who are been with them for almost a decade and plan fast-track growth for them. Identify their area of interest and help them grow which in turn will help the University to rich newer heights, as they are the ones who have around for long and have contributed some part to grow the University....Read More
