Because of hospility industries so there is much more learning from the different people, which is practical base.

My major problem was salary hike.

Very good that I felt it was an opportunity to meet various type of employees along with various issues which was interesting and typical to handle and operation the group.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
