Not safe for any girls every year their are fired some innocent people without reason. always coitizes every employee who have less experience. Manager's have more than work expectation again CTC. if you got 25k then manager want you have to work for 1 lac. if you got 1 lac then you don't have skill and they will fair without reasonwhen you came near to appraisal time. at my expertise i have seen 5 same cases they are faired and coitizes for give resignation. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
