I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Biasing, no fix rule. A teacher is given value only when she shows her worst behaviour. Polite and simple but hard worker will definitely be ditched.
