One of the worst and bossy CEO who favors certain employees. The project manager who micromanages daily tasks and shouts at colleagues when work conflicts occur. There is no career growth or development and certainly no promotions. The HR manager does not provide support during conflicts or respond to calls or emails. The HR is simply a puppet role for the higher-level managers and management. Lack of policies and improper organizational hierarchy would definitely become the downfall of the organization.
