Forcefully Over time 16 hour very difficult for line assembler , No job security , No permanent job they extend every year on contractual basis , Worst management , Amritpal sharma and devinderpal singh they don't know how to handle man power , un-necessary improvement show off on the name of 5S , Very difficult to work on production line , production line speed very high employees done work without following SOP ( because of line speed is fast) , Produce 250 engine in 7.5 hour on cruelty basis. supervisors decrease line speed when japanese come for AUDIT what when they go out from assebly department then they again increase line speed for get more production count....Read More

working hour 8 hour including 12-12 tea time and 35m lunch time. they give salary in lockdown. innovative mind keep away from this company

union worker do nothing they put their workload on other Labour (non permanent) . wrost management. no (zero) chance you get permanent employment. company have different ISO certificates just for show off NO all standard follow by this company.
