No time management. Hr policies are also not good. You get shifte allowance after salary. If you get some training they signed a bond for same. Even joining letter they mentioned if you got appraisal and then you resign you need give back whetever appraisal amount still date . Non disclosure agreement is signed on bond paper putting what not condition in the bond paper.

Unstable, company and HR policies changes dynamically, policies changes in no time, every time they apply some kind of policies which can deduct money for monthly salary payments. You will never grow in this company if you are technical presales. For this company presales is same as sales. KRA of presales is to search for leads, hunting new requirement, cold calling. Worst company every to work
