Nothing is good at this organisation. There is no leadership qualities in any of the High level employees who is working as a RM or DRM posts.

There are so many things that I dislike most in this organisation. Work life balance is very low. Working hours are 12+ hours No time to take breakfast, lunch. No leadership qualities in the Seniors. Always give threat of releasing show cause notice. Totally field work job Have to work in field and in the office for fill all the data and it take so many times.
