The main issue in Suzlon is the management is not taking care of its employees. The uppermost management is giving facilities to their lower management but the adminstration team and site in-charge are not giving benifits to their employees. This is mejor issue I've been facing scene I've join this group.

I've placed in a good site. My colleagues and section incharge is also very helpful and kind to me but the administration team is not very kind. When I complaint against our food vendor admin called me and thread me.
