Extremely toxic work culture with micromanagement. Senior employees deliberately create hurdles for newcomers. Growth and promotions are reserved for management's favorites. Accounts department is completely toxic. The head monitors everyone every minute and doesn’t allow employees to even take important phone calls. The accounts manager habitually shouts at employees without any reason, creating chaos in the office. She spends her entire day gossiping instead of working. Rampant workplace politics and fake complaints are a daily norm. Unprofessional environment where personal disputes often disrupt work. Advice to Management: Focus on creating a respectful, professional environment, and value your employees’ contributions instead of treating them like commodities. everything, the environment is full of politics, you can't focus on work, staff here is full of politics, there is bunch of people who working from years, they don't allow any new staff, they try each and every tactic to let him resign, also management is completely bad, environment is full toxic and full of micromanagement, specially accounts team people are toxic, growth and hike is given to only fvrt people like amit and who does bitching of others, no paid leaves, no work life balance, it's like hell!! please don't work here. the company is full of toxicity and staff finds new ways to fight everyday, specially the accounts team, its completely toxic. and no growth here, they will make you resign by making the environment like hell and then also they won't provide you any exp certificate even after working for years. timing is too strict with fingerprint, your salary for whole day will be deducted if you leave early by 1 minute.
