You will become workaholic and psychiatric will be your good friend. Not a safe place for women to work in the zonal level.

Unprofessional,the salary deduction is more than paid salary and there is no growth, no policy. They terminate employees frequently and rehire them in the system according to their requirements. Do you have India's B school stamp on your CV then go for joining this company with out any hesitate because you will be highly paid and become a department head without experience. Worst organization, don't know when the will kick out with short term notice period and ull not get the salary also they will deduct the short notice period, they will only ask us to resign and to do 3 days of notice period, waste organization

1. Worst company I have ever worked. 2. Toxic environment and micro management. 3. Human resource head itself is promoting that culture, we can hear out the discussion 4. More attrition in the company and also in HR team. 5. They do not have any time to listen to the employees problems or issues.

The work culture is good if your reporting manager is good. It depends. The best thing is salary is always on time. There's appraisal every year.

Dislikes

If your reporting manager isn't supportive you won't be able to take leaves and all. The SO people treat the center level people differently. Center managers rarely have a scope for promotion. You might to take calls,update reports even when in leave. There's mental pressure.
