The company values don't flow down to the site management Also, ig it's a common trait but people take zero initiative to be environmentally friendly. Only planting saplings is not sufficient!

Basically working with Suroj is depends on which project team you are working with and what kind of project going on. Overall the company is good, work culture is also good, frankly speaking company didn't disclose their policy, appraisals are fair and can't say anything about salary hikes . Everything is good at company but more or less it depends on what kind of project you are working on. And salary is decided by negotiating a lot and it will be always less than your expectations, work experience and education.
