Company have Good infrastructure, but lacks Good professionals.
Dislikes
Lot of internal politics in Management level. One should please his/her boss to grow otherwise unnecessary complaints were escalated to top management to defame employee and finally gets transfer order to unwanted location. For example if you are from UP you will be transferred to Kerala or person from South will be transferred to Assam. Fed-up with this attitude people quit.
